So what is the big deal? We are gonna be old enough to watch and listen to them eventually so why does it matter when.... Censorship.
Often in the media you hear about people who behave in a certain way based on what they see at the movies or on TV and what they hear through lyrics of songs. Mainly it is a result of excessive violence and bad language. But if it doesn't affect you does it matter how it affects others?
Post a thoughtful comment about your views on this issue. If you don't care too much and think you're cool for doing these things all the time that is fine but think about the bigger picture...

R Rated movies and songs with inappropriate content......What's the big deal?

I think it is good that they have age limits because some people could be scared or could offence people. I think that you have to be mature to watch the movies.
I think that for some movies that its good that its restricted because if kids watched could watch horror then they could get really scared but if an adult watched it they wouldn't get so scared of it because they would know it was fake.
I think it is good that people put ratings on movies because some movies need to be rated because if kids decide to watch a movie that is inappropriate and has bad language they will start saying the bad word teenagers and adults watch they wouldn't be as bad.

It is fare that movies have ratings because if you are under age and you go see that movie then you might watch something that is unexpected, violent, or inappropriate to your eyes it can also gives some kids nightmares after watching a movie overage that is why it is fare to put ages on the ratings.
